Bacon-Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp bacon grease
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Warm the bacon grease just enough to liquefy, then whisk with the remaining ingredients. Serve freshly mixed.

The amount beside ACV has a small overwriting mark but appears to read 1 Tbsp. The recipe card has ingredients only, so the preparation directions are reconstructed.

Bacon grease may firm up as it cools, changing the consistency of this dressing or sauce. Use clean utensils, refrigerate promptly and use fresh; these notes do not establish a tested shelf life.
