Original notebook notes
The original page is titled “Floor Cleaner” and lists the five ingredients above. The writing beneath the ingredients belongs to a different recipe, so these preparation directions are editorial instructions rather than a transcription of the notebook.
Surface and household precautions
Vinegar and rubbing alcohol can damage some hardwood finishes, stone, waxed surfaces, and specialty flooring. Confirm surface compatibility before use. Rubbing alcohol is flammable; use with ventilation and away from flames or heat. Do not mix with bleach or other cleaners. Essential oils may be unsuitable around pets; omitting the fragrance is the safer choice for a pet household. Store out of reach of children and animals and do not use this as a disinfectant claim.
