From the creator's kitchen
This three-ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe was created specifically for Tom, who loves peanut butter cookies and considers these among his favorites. The cookies come out very soft. The creator presses the traditional crisscross fork pattern into each cookie before baking and finishes them with a little kosher salt after they come out of the oven. The salt is a finishing touch and is not counted among the original three dough ingredients.
