Kitchen Notes

Status: Collected for possible future preparation or adaptation. The Hungry Canary creator has not yet said she has made this particular recipe. Fruit type can be selected later; no specific fruit is prescribed in the original.

This is a refrigerator jam, not a shelf-stable canned preserve. Since it is made with fresh fruit purée and no cooking, store refrigerated in a clean container, and use promptly or freeze portions for longer storage.
