Family history

A second cornmeal favorite of the creator's father. She did not enjoy cornmeal, but has preserved both of his recipes. This one begins with Hasty Pudding, firms it overnight, and then fries the slices.

The handwritten frying time is reproduced as recorded; check the slices as they cook rather than relying solely on time.
